A Focused Partnership

Built for ExpertsWith Something Worth Saying

This service is designed for established leaders and experts who have valuable experience, stories, ideas, or frameworks but do not have the time or process to turn them into a professional book.

This Could Be Right for You If

  • You have proven experience, a meaningful message, or a repeatable framework.
  • You want a book to create credibility, speaking opportunities, clients, partnerships, fundraising conversations, or leadership impact.
  • You want the book to sound like you without personally spending hundreds of hours writing it.
  • You are able to answer questions over voice memo in your spare minutes such as driving to work, walking the dog, or in the morning during your first cup of coffee.

This Is Probably Not the Right Fit If

  • You are creating fiction, poetry, or a research heavy academic textbook.
  • You want to keep saying you will write a book one day.
  • You have 100 free hours over the next 6 months to write the first rough draft.
  • You don’t believe that you deserve to be a best selling author.

Justin Simpkins leveraged his podcast into Significanceover success.

For years, Shane and I had been having conversations that we knew could help people, but we had no idea how to turn those ideas into a book someone would actually want to read. Rob took what was in our heads, helped us clarify the message, shaped it into a professional book, and built the strategy to launch it. Significance Over Success became a #1 bestseller in multiple Amazon categories. Rob didn’t just help us publish a book. He helped us turn years of ideas into something real, credible, and lasting.

The Process

How the 30 Day Book Build Works

  1. Step 1

    Position the Book

Clarify the reader, purpose, promise, title, and chapter structure.

  2. Step 2

    Capture Your Expertise

Use interviews, voice notes, stories, and existing content to gather the material.

  3. Step 3

    Write and Refine

Develop the manuscript, review the content, and complete the agreed revisions.

  4. Step 4

    Design, Publish, and Launch

Complete the cover, formatting, Amazon setup, landing page, and launch materials.

The 30 day timeline begins at kickoff and depends on interviews, materials, approvals, and feedback being provided on schedule. Expanded research, major changes to the approved outline, or delayed feedback may extend the timeline. Amazon approval timing is outside our control.

An Authority Asset

What Your Book Can Do After It Launches

Build Trust

Help potential clients, partners, donors, and decision makers understand your expertise before meeting you.

Open Doors

Create stronger opportunities for speaking, media, partnerships, consulting, fundraising, and leadership.

Create Content

Turn the book’s ideas into LinkedIn posts, videos, podcasts, keynotes, workshops, courses, and presentations.

Stay Remembered

Give people something valuable and tangible that remains after the meeting or conversation ends.

The Investment

$10,000. One Complete Book Build.

One flat fee covers the strategy, manuscript development, editing, design, publishing setup, launch strategy, promotional content, and book landing page. You keep 100% of the rights and royalties.

For most of our authors, the book is not primarily about royalties. It is an authority asset designed to strengthen trust, open opportunities, and support the work they are already doing.

Limited to three active authors per month so Rob can remain directly involved.

FAQ

Answers Before You Apply.

Do I need to have anything written?

No. Many authors begin with an idea and years of expertise rather than a manuscript. We capture the material through interviews, voice notes, talks, posts, podcasts, videos, and anything useful you already have.

How Collaborative Is the Writing Process?

The ideas, stories, framework, and final approval come from you. My team and I manage the writing and production process, then bring the work back to you for feedback and approval at the key stages.

Is the book written by AI?

This is not a one click AI generated book. Your ideas, stories, examples, framework, and voice come from you. Technology may assist with transcription and organization, but every chapter is developed, edited, reviewed, and approved through a human led process. Nothing is published without your approval.

What if I’m not sure what my book should be about?

That is a common starting point. The strategy work identifies the book idea that best serves your audience, expertise, and goals before the outline is approved.

How much time will I need to commit?

You will participate in focused interviews, record voice notes when useful, and provide timely feedback. The process is built to capture your thinking without requiring you to sit at a keyboard for hundreds of hours.

Will the book sound like me?

Yes. We use your interviews, voice notes, stories, and existing content to capture how you think and speak. You review and approve the manuscript before anything is published.

Who owns the book and royalties?

You do. You are the author, the book is published under your name and account, and you keep 100% of the rights and royalties.

What does the 30 day timeline include?

The timeline begins at kickoff and covers the agreed strategy, manuscript development, editing, design, publishing setup, landing page, and launch materials. It depends on interviews, materials, approvals, and feedback arriving on schedule. Expanded research, major changes to the approved outline, delayed feedback, or Amazon approval timing can extend the schedule.

Is a #1 Amazon ranking or a certain number of sales guaranteed?

No. We build a thoughtful launch strategy and the current track record is strong, but category rankings, sales, media coverage, and other outcomes depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.

How long will the finished book be?

Manuscript length is based on the approved concept and the scope confirmed before kickoff. The goal is the right length for the idea and reader, not an arbitrary page count.

How many revisions are included?

The standard scope includes two structured manuscript revision rounds. Major changes to an approved concept or outline can require additional time and investment, which would be agreed in writing before that work begins.
